Contest Terms and Conditions

1.Eligibility Requirements

To take part in the Contest, the Participant must meet each and every one of the following requirements at the time of registration and maintain them throughout the duration of the Contest:

1.1 Age

Be of legal age under the laws of the Participant's country of residence. Under no circumstances will participation by persons under 18 years of age be accepted.

1.2 Valid passport

Hold a valid passport with an expiration date on or after April 30, 2027. Bonoxs may request documentary evidence at any point in the process. A passport expiring before that date will automatically disqualify the Participant from the travel prize, regardless of their ranking position.

1.3 Content Creator activity

Have at least one active account on digital content platforms (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram or others), with a verifiable history of content related to Valorant. Bonoxs reserves the right to reject registrations from accounts created solely for the purpose of entering the Contest or without a genuine content history.

1.4 Residence in eligible markets

Reside in one of the following LATAM countries: Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Uruguay, Panama, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Bolivia or Venezuela. Bonoxs reserves the right to expand or modify the list of eligible markets with prior notice.

1.5 Travel documentation

Be eligible to obtain all travel documents required to enter the People's Republic of China, as set out in Section 3 of these Terms. Failure to meet this requirement before the established deadline will result in forfeiture of the travel prize.

1.6 No participation by employees

Not be an employee, contractor, or direct family member (up to the first degree of consanguinity) of Bonoxs or of any company related to the organization of the Contest.

2.Registration and Participation Mechanics

2.1 Registration process

The Participant must complete the registration form on the official Contest landing page, providing truthful and complete information, including:

• Full name
• Active email address
• Phone number with country code
• Country of residence
• Username and link to their main content platforms
• Statement of acceptance of these Terms and Conditions

Registration is free. No payment of any kind is required to participate.

2.2 Unique referral code

Once the registration is approved, Bonoxs will assign the Participant a unique, non-transferable Referral Code. This code is the only valid mechanism for tracking and crediting sales. The Participant is responsible for the proper distribution of their code among their audience.

2.3 Scoring system

Scores will be calculated based on completed VP purchases made through the Participant's Referral Code, according to the following formula:

Score = (7 points × each new buyer who uses your Referral Code) + (1 point × each 100 VP purchased)

• New-buyer points (7 pts): The first purchase by each new user who uses the Participant's Referral Code generates 7 points. Subsequent purchases by the same user do not generate these 7 points again.
• Volume points (1 pt / 100 VP): For every 100 VP purchased through the Code, 1 point is added. Fractions under 100 VP do not generate an additional point.

The overall ranking will be updated publicly in real time. The Participant will have access to their individual score and breakdown from their personal dashboard.

2.3.1 Score audit and integrity

Bonoxs may audit, review, verify and adjust any score where there are reasonable indications of fraud, abuse, operational errors, artificial activity or behavior inconsistent with the purpose of the Contest. Bonoxs may exclude, in whole or in part, orders, transactions or scores associated with:

• purchases made directly or indirectly by the Participant themselves to artificially increase their position;
• coordinated, artificially incentivized or non-organic activity;
• automation, bots, account farms or manipulative methods;
• payment fraud, chargebacks, refunds or subsequently reversed transactions;
• suspicious behavior patterns reasonably identified by Bonoxs;
• breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Orders that are subsequently canceled, refunded or reversed will not generate a score or may be retroactively deducted from the ranking. Bonoxs's determinations must be reasonable, documentable and made in good faith.

2.3.2 Tie-breaking criteria

In the event of a tie in the overall ranking, Bonoxs will apply the following tie-breaking criteria in this order:

• Higher number of unique referred buyers;
• Participant who reached the final score first;
• Should the tie persist, Bonoxs will carry out a documented manual verification of performance and consistency of activity.

2.3.3 Observations

The Participant may submit observations regarding their score within five (5) business days following each official ranking update. Once that period has elapsed without observations, the score will be deemed accepted for the purposes of the Contest.

3.Visa and Travel Documentation Requirements for China

This section is of particular importance and the Participant declares that they have read and fully understood it before accepting these Terms.

3.1 Countries with visa-free entry to China

Citizens of the following countries may enter the People's Republic of China without needing to apply for a visa, subject to the exemption policies in force at the time of travel:

• Argentina — Visa-free entry
• Chile — Visa-free entry
• Peru — Visa-free entry
• Uruguay — Visa-free entry

Visa-free entry policies are subject to change by the Chinese government without prior notice. The Participant is responsible for verifying that this policy is in force before traveling, using official sources.

3.2 Countries that require a visa to enter China

Citizens of the following countries must apply for a visa at the Embassy or Consulate of the People's Republic of China in their country of residence BEFORE being confirmed as eligible winners (estimated processing time: 4 to 6 weeks):

• Mexico
• Colombia
• Panama
• Guatemala
• El Salvador
• Honduras
• Bolivia
• Venezuela

3.3 Critical deadline for obtaining the visa

Since the process of obtaining a Chinese visa may take between 4 and 6 weeks, a Winner from a country that requires a visa must start the process in line with the estimated processing time in order to claim the prize. Failure to meet this deadline may result in the inability to obtain the visa in time and, consequently, in forfeiture of the travel prize, without this creating any obligation of compensation on the part of Bonoxs.

Bonoxs will cover the cost of the visa only in the event that the Participant is announced as a Winner. Steps taken in advance without prior confirmation from Bonoxs will not be reimbursed.

3.4 Official information for visa processing

The Winner must consult official resources to begin the visa process, including the official Chinese visa application portal (CVASC): www.visaforchina.cn and the Chinese Embassy in their country of residence (format country.china-embassy.gov.cn). Bonoxs is not responsible for changes to these URLs or to consular procedures.

3.5 Documents generally required for a Chinese visa

The required documents may vary. The Winner must verify the current list with the relevant embassy. Commonly requested documents:

• Completed and signed visa application form
• Original passport valid for at least 6 months from the travel date and with at least 2 blank pages
• Recent visa-size photograph
• Confirmed travel itinerary (Bonoxs will provide the necessary documentation)
• Invitation letter or document proving the purpose of the trip
• Proof of accommodation (Bonoxs will provide the necessary documentation)
• Proof of sufficient financial means

Bonoxs will assist the Winner with the necessary supporting documentation (invitation letter, itinerary, accommodation bookings) to facilitate the visa process, but does not guarantee its approval, which is subject exclusively to the decision of the Chinese consular authorities.

3.6 Visa denial

In the event that the visa is denied to the Winner despite having followed the correct process in a timely manner, Bonoxs will use its best efforts to offer an alternative compensation of equivalent value. This alternative compensation does not include a second trip or a cash refund, and is subject to Bonoxs's availability and discretion.

4.Prize Description

4.1 Competitive Winner — Highest score

The Participant who accumulates the highest score in the overall ranking at the close of the competition period will receive the Prize described in this section.

4.2 Random Draw Winner

Additionally, Bonoxs will hold a random draw among the Participants ranked #2 to #10 in the overall ranking at the close of the competition period. The selected Participant will receive the same Prize described in this section (a second trip, with identical conditions). Draw conditions:

• The draw will be conducted through a verifiable mechanism and may be streamed live on Bonoxs's official channels.
• The Participant ranked #1 in the overall ranking will not take part in the draw, having already obtained the main Prize.
• If the selected Participant does not meet the eligibility or travel documentation requirements, Bonoxs may select a replacement from among the remaining eligible Participants.
• Only Participants ranked between #2 and #10 in the overall ranking at the close take part in the draw; the rest of the ranking does not take part in the travel draw.

The winners will be entitled to the following:

• Access ticket to VCT Champions Shanghai 2026 (courtesy of Riot Games)
• Round-trip economy-class flight from the international airport nearest to the Winner's place of residence to Shanghai, China
• Accommodation at a hotel selected by Bonoxs for the duration of the Event (all nights included), in a single room
• Daily allowance of USD $100 per day for the duration of the event
• Airport–hotel–venue transfers
• Basic travel insurance for the duration of the event

The prize does not include: meals beyond the established allowance, tours, personal purchases, excess baggage, tips, or activities unrelated to the Event.

4.3 Bonoxs balance prizes by ranking position

In addition to the trips, Participants receive a prize in Bonoxs balance based on their final position in the overall ranking, according to the following scale. The balance prize is cumulative with participation in the draw (positions #2 to #10):

• Position 2nd to 4th: US$300 each
• Position 5th to 10th: US$200 each
• Position 11th to 15th: US$100 each
• Position 16th to 20th: US$80 each
• Position 21st to 25th: US$60 each
• Position 26th to 30th: US$50 each
• Position 31st to 35th: US$40 each
• Position 36th to 40th: US$30 each
• Position 41st to 50th: US$20 each
• Position 51st to 100th: US$10 each

To receive any balance prize, the Participant must have accumulated a minimum of 850 points at the close of the competition period. The Bonoxs balance is credited to the Participant's account and is governed by the Bonoxs balance terms of use.

4.4 General prize conditions

• To receive any Contest prize (trip, draw or balance), the Participant must have accumulated a minimum of 850 points at the close of the competition period.
• The prize is personal and non-transferable. It cannot be assigned, sold or exchanged for cash.
• If the Winner is unable or unwilling to accept the prize within the period established by Bonoxs, the prize will pass to the next Participant in the ranking.
• Any tax expenses arising from obtaining the prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner, in accordance with the laws of their country of residence.
• Bonoxs reserves the right to modify prize components due to force majeure or contingencies beyond its control, in all cases offering an alternative of equivalent value.

5.Winner Obligations during the Event

By accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees to reasonably collaborate with Bonoxs in creating content related to the Event experience. The Winner must:

• Publish reasonable content related to the Event and/or the trip sponsored by Bonoxs on their platforms (suggested minimum: 1 main video/post + 2 short stories/posts + 1 explicit mention of Bonoxs as the trip sponsor).
• Clearly identify the sponsored nature of the trip whenever required by applicable law or platform policies (#ad, #sponsored, #patrocinado or another equivalent).
• Behave respectfully and professionally during the Event, avoiding conduct that could materially harm the reputation of Bonoxs, Riot Games or third parties involved.
• Share with Bonoxs, on a non-exclusive basis, the audiovisual material generated during the trip for promotional purposes in accordance with Section 6.

Material breach of these obligations, provided it is not remedied within a reasonable period granted by Bonoxs where applicable, may result in the loss of pending benefits related to the Prize. Bonoxs may only request proportional reimbursement of expenses actually incurred where there is fraud, willful misconduct, gross breach or intentionally harmful conduct by the Winner.

6.Image Rights and Intellectual Property

By registering for the Contest, the Participant grants Bonoxs a non-exclusive, royalty-free license, valid for 2 years from the date of the Event, to:

• Use their username, handle, image and content published in the framework of the Contest in Bonoxs's communication materials, social media and advertising.
• Reproduce and distribute the content generated by the Winner during the Event on Bonoxs's official channels.

Bonoxs undertakes to give appropriate credit to the Participant in every use of their content and image, and not to use them in contexts that could harm their reputation.

7.Personal Data and Marketing Communications

7.1 Data collection

By registering for the Contest, the Participant authorizes Bonoxs to collect, store and process their personal data (name, email address, phone number, country of residence and social media profiles) for the purposes of: administration and operation of the Contest; contact related to their participation, score and prizes; eligibility verification; and marketing communications related to Bonoxs (subject to express consent).

7.2 Consent for marketing communications

By checking the corresponding box during registration, the Participant grants their express consent to receive marketing communications, particularly information from the Bonoxs Content Creators area, via email and/or text message (SMS/WhatsApp). This consent is voluntary and may be revoked at any time by sending an email to carla.relloso@bonoxs.com with the subject line "UNSUBSCRIBE".

7.3 Sharing data with third parties

Bonoxs will not sell or transfer Participants' personal data to third parties, except in cases strictly necessary for the operation of the Contest (e.g., travel agencies, logistics providers) and always under confidentiality agreements.

7.4 Data subject rights

The Participant may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection (ARCO) by sending a request to carla.relloso@bonoxs.com. Bonoxs will address the request within the period established by applicable law.

8.Grounds for Disqualification

Bonoxs reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who engages in any of the following conduct, without prior notice and without any obligation of compensation:

• Providing false information during registration or at any stage of the Contest
• Artificially manipulating the scoring system through fraudulent, automated or coordinated methods of inorganic purchasing
• Breaching these Terms and Conditions or the Contest Rules
• Engaging in conduct that harms the image or reputation of Bonoxs or Riot Games
• Assigning, selling or sharing their Referral Code with third parties acting on their behalf in a coordinated manner
• Failing to meet travel documentation requirements within the established deadlines

9.Modifications and Cancellation

Bonoxs may modify, suspend or cancel the Contest for operational, commercial, regulatory, force majeure or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Where reasonably possible, Bonoxs will notify Participants at least 72 hours in advance.

No modification will retroactively affect scores already accumulated, prizes already obtained or rights reasonably acquired by Participants before such modification takes effect. Bonoxs may correct operational, calculation or administrative errors identified during the Contest, always in a reasonable, documented and non-arbitrary manner.

10.Limitation of Liability

Bonoxs will not be liable for:

• Technical problems in the registration platform or in the sales tracking system beyond its direct control
• Visa denial by the Chinese authorities
• Cancellation, modification or suspension of the Event by Riot Games
• Travel contingencies (canceled flights, strikes, natural disasters, pandemics or other force majeure causes)
• Direct or indirect damages arising from participation in the Contest, except for willful misconduct or gross negligence directly attributable to Bonoxs

11.Acceptance of Terms, Rules and Privacy

By completing registration for the Contest, the Participant expressly declares that they:

• Have read, understood and fully accept these Terms and Conditions.
• Accept the Contest Rules, which will be set out in a separate document and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
• Have read and accept the Bonoxs Privacy Policy.
• Have the legal right to participate in the Contest under the laws of their country of residence.
• The information provided during registration is truthful and complete, and they assume full responsibility for any inaccuracy.
• Authorize the use of their name, image and content as set out in Section 6.

12.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of England & Wales, except for any applicable mandatory provision in favor of the consumer under local law.
